Jacques is a partner in the Audit Department of the Nice office. He supports his clients in the context of public accounting activities, from bookkeeping and auditing within bodies of various sizes (Liberal Professions, microbusinesses, SMEs, etc.), to setting up groups of companies (holding-subsidiaries/evaluation-tax integration, etc.).
Jacques also carries out auditing assignments such as legal and contractual audits, audits of conversions, deposits and mergers. He has developed an expertise in real estate agencies, property management, digital services companies and start-ups, but also volunteer associations and judicial representation.
