Julien Benaïm

Julien has been a Partner within the Property and Foreign Investors Department of the Nice office since 2020. After six years, Julien joined the firm in 2011 in the Property and Foreign Investors Department. During these years, he has been involved in auditing in various sectors of activity such as hotels, industry, wine, and real estate. Since joining the firm, Julien has specialised in the real estate sector, particularly in property development, property dealers and especially foreign investors.

Julien is also in charge of a department dedicated to supporting professional and non-professional tenants of furnished properties (LMP/LMNP). He supports and advises these entrepreneurs and investors (residents and non-residents) on all accounting, tax (VAT, capital gains tax, tax consolidation, etc.) and legal issues during the acquisition (choice of the most appropriate property) or sale, throughout the holding period, in the context of financing requirements, etc. He also assists his clients with personal tax issues. Julien also supports local companies and groups in their development and performance management.
